Dr. Tan Khuu's credentials include a dual degree in Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of South Carolina and Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) from the University of Southern California (USC).

Known as the student who excelled in restorative sciences, Dr. Tan Khuu was recognized by peers and faculty for exceptional clinical skills. His work in dental prosthetics and composite restoration has been featured in lectures at USC.

Dr. Tan Khuu was awarded the Rex Ingraham Award for Excellence in Clinical Operative Dentistry, a prestigious award given to only one doctoral student in each graduating class.

Dr. Tan Khuu is also a professional portrait photographer, whose work has been published overseas. His impressive academic training, technical skills, and artistic eye for detail are what sets him apart.

Within the field of dentistry, Dr. Tan Khuu has a keen passion for biomimetics, where advanced dental materials and techniques are utilized to conserve tooth structure. He focuses his practice on minimally-invasive dentistry, oral rehabilitation, and natural-looking aesthetics to beautifully craft your dream smile to life.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Tan Khuu loves to build and design reef and planted aquariums, play the guitar, road-cycle around Southern California with his significant other, and spend time with his son, daughter, and family.
